Dr. SOOT Chimney Services was founded in 1989 by Lou Neitz, who sought to bring his expertise and passion for chimney care to the local community. After a successful corporate career, Lou was drawn to the technical and physical demands of chimney sweeping, as well as the satisfaction of working for himself.
